Selling our Casita and it's ready for camping!

This super clean 2007 Casita Spirit Deluxe (17 feet long) is in tip-top shape and everything works well.

Includes rooftop air-conditioner, gas furnace, a 'Fantastic Fan' with heating strip and an exterior cover (allows fan ventilator operation also during inclement weather), flooring is easy-clean, comfy cork. A fast heating 6 gallon water heater gives hot showers pronto; the efficient sized bathroom has corner sink. toilet, small screened window and ceiling exhaust fan. The tidy kitchen area has superb 3-way Dometic brand fridge (runs on AC, DC or propane gas), microwave oven, 2-burner propane stove and overhead exhaust fan/light. The Casita sleeps 3 adults: Rear dining area coverts to full-sized bed, and breakfast/galley sitting area converts to twin bed.

Extras include safety features such as smoke and gas detectors, fire extinguisher, anti-sway towing bar, wheel covers and more!
