Has all the amenities in a lightweight, compact package...kitchen including microwave and great electric/propane frig., table, bathroom, closet, air conditioner, heater, water heater, two propane tanks, good tires and brakes, high-lift axle, and awning. Can make up a large bed with the standard factory cushions or use the foam bench cushions as 2 single beds. Everything works and is in great shape.
