This is the side dinette model (Spirit Deluxe). It has a large rear dinette, which most folks make out into a fixed bed (bed size is larger than a Full, but smaller than a Queen). 17' which is taller inside than the smaller models.
Second owner. Excellent condition, with some desirable modifications and upgrades.
New Hi-Lift axle, with new brakes, hubs, bearings, 15" wheels and Goodyear Marathon Load Range D tires two years ago.
Vent Mod to effectively increase grey water from 25 to 33 Gal (and make it drain faster).
