Includes large bed (king) and new hot water heater.( electric and gas combo just installed) Just flip a switch and the gas hot water heater lights right up. Use electric or gas for hot water or combination of both. New rims and tires. New shower hose and shower head. Interior clean as a whistle. Bed and seat cushions are like new. Flat screen t.v. and seperate f.m. radio with cd player under counter type.Microwave included. Bath with shower & toilet included. Has smoke detector and oxygen detector recently installed. Location is South Carolina. No pets or smoking ever. Higher lift axle. Has spare water tanks on board. New marine battery in battery box.Spare tire included......
Camper has fantastic roof fan. 3 way fridge works well. set up for use with anti sway / sway bar
