I bought this last November from Joel in NC off of this site for 5,500. I have since put new marine grade vinyl cushions and bamboo flooring down...will get the new pics up in a few days. I've put a total of 3000.00 into it. My circumstances are much changed and I'm going to be leaving for Africa in October for a year of volunteer nursing. I'm planning to leave Austin for North Carolina the beginning of September and would like to sell it before then but if I don't , I'll bring it to NC with me and then would like to sell it before October 17th. I'd love to get what I've put into it but will take 7500.00 if I can get it sold before I leave Austin.

There are no leaks. This has a toilet/shower, gas/elec fridge, retractible awning.  There is a window unit to use for a/c. No leaks. I used marine grade vinyl because I can't stand mold and it was the only way I could think of to keep mold out of the new foam.
