We purchased this trailer new in 1998 and kept it in the garage since new there is no sun fading or weather damage the inside has been cover with quilts and throw rugs there is no were nor tear we recently had the trailer serviced they had installed new ac unit tires and a battery the trailer is in need of nothing fully self contained many luxury extras have all manuals and service records trailer is truly perfect
