The trailer is self-contained. Two burners, propane stove, sink, propane/electric refridgerator, shower, toilet, hot water heater, AC unit and heater. Battery and tires are in good shape. The AC does not work. It is in the cabin and is just one of the small electric window models that can be purchased for $150. Previous owner installed laminate flooring over the carpet. Although it looks nice, it was poorly installed. On a scale of 1 to 10, the trailer is probably a 6.
