This 1996 Scamp trailer is in pristine condition and features the side dinette floor plan.  The interior includes the front Sealand Traveler self- contained toilet at the front of the trailer, plus closet and storage area.  There is a bigger 4 1/2 cu. ft. Dometic RM2410 refrigerator/freezer that runs off 120 volt or propane gas, a GE microwave oven, a single kitchen sink, Wedgewood 2-burner gas stove, Suburban furnace with RobertShaw thermostat, and fiberglas storage cabinets. The rear dinette makes into a double bed and the side dinette makes into a single bed. 

It has a Delta antenna with a booster amplifier, standard and cable ready.  Carpeting, cabinetry, wall coverings, and upholstery are in like new condition.  Insulation value of the walls and headliner is about 15.  Windows and screens are in perfect condition with new drapes and rods throughout.  There is an inside and outside lockable entry door with screened window, plus a bi-fold screen door.  Also, there is a 16 x 24 screened roof vent. 

There are 5 interior 12 volt lights, one 120 volt light, and three 120 volt outlets.  Additional features include electric brakes, 13 in. wheels with nearly new tires that are ST 175/80 R13.  It has a 20 amp converter and a 12 volt single battery pack; also two 20 lb. LP tanks.  There is an exterior fresh water fill with an electric demand water pump, a connection for city water, and a 25' 30 amp service cord. 

The 10 ft. Dometic awning is the Catalina 2500.  The black water tank holds 6 gallons and the gray water tank holds 26 gals.  Included is an 18 ft. 3 in. sewer hose with an exterior hose carrier attached to the front of the trailer. There are no exterior dents, dings or scratches.  For weight savings there is no water heater or air conditioner. 

There us a 5,000 lb. hitch and a 3,500 lb. axle and a spare tire.  The interior height is 6' 3" and the exterior height measures 7' 10".  The overall width is 6' 8".  The hitch weight is 175 lbs.  The overall length is 16 ft. from hitch to rear bumper and the interior length is 13 ft. 

This trailer comes from a smoke and pet free environment.  We are the 3rd owners and we purchased the trailer from a private party in Minnesota last Spring.  We are hoping to purchase a larger RV as our extended family wants to travel with us.  We pull this trailer with our 4 cylinder 2008 Subaru Forester and it tows beautifully.  All the owners manuals are included.  Further information can be found on the Scamp trailer website.  (Additional pictures will follow.)
