16' Casita Spirit, 2 beds (double and single) convert to tables, 2 burner gas stove, 3-way refrigerator, porta potti but no toilet & no shower but has a small room at the front of trailer for the porta potti or a toilet, no air conditioning/ no heating, clean, fair condition, dry weight approx. 1400 lbs, hitch weight 100-150 lbs, best offer. We pull this with a Ford F150 pickup with a small V8 engine.
