16' Fully self-contained Casita. My husband and I are letting it go because we purchased a 32' Outback. This little trailer has a good stove, fridge, air conditioner and forced air heat. It also comes with an awning that was an option we added a while ago. The shower works great and the water gets too hot to put your hand in. We are going to polish it up and get it picture perfect but I will post what I have later this weekend. It is really a great little trailer, ready to roll! Never smoked in.
