Queen bed/dinette in back with NIB comforter/sheets. Screen door and screens on all windows with venetian blinds. Ceiling AC, 2 hole sink, electric/gas frig,3 burner range, propane heater,Sponge Bob tv/dvd or convection oven, microwave oven, masonite panel in shower, portable solar sensor outside light, propane tank, battery box, rock shield/awning, hanging clothes closet and numerous other storage bins, brass knobs on bins, fire extinguisher, new rugs thru out, all windows and doors have new seals, pull out step. Good condition for its age. Very clean.
Exterior door professionally aligned. 2" line in fiberglass on front new hitch.
Purchased to have unit with toilet/shower but want a 13" unit.
