Looking to sale a 1992 Casita 13 ft travel trailer, possibly the Patriot model. Hubby traded a buddy for it thinkin he'd use it for a trailer to pull to the deer lease. Needs a little cleaning but it's in great condition. A/C works great...not sure what you do for heat. Has the booth table that folds down to a full size bed and the 2 swivel chairs with a little table. Has a small fridge with a little freezer that all works. Has a small stove top (we've never used) the previous owner says works. Has space for a small microwave. Storage closet above a/c unit. And bathroom/shower combination.
