garage kept since it was new, dinette cushions are spotless and are reversable to vinyl, they are original, water holding tank and pump work great.

battery is in good shape and runs all lights inside if needed. Gas tank is full and works well to the hot water heater and stove and furnace.

3 way fridge works, lots of storage.

Bathroom is a great size not cramped, shower is plenty big for an adult.
