Well maintained, gently used, light weight, fiberglass trailer. We've enjoyed it for 18 years, primarily in Minnesota (state parks) and in a few neighboring states, and easily pull it with our Suburu Forester. Easy to set up using built in stabilizers, and occasionally shims. Two propane tanks and a battery mounted on the hitch. Small refrigerator can be set for gas, 110v.or 12v. Gas hot water heater lights on outside. Spare tire on back and porch light by door. Can be attached to electric hook up and city water.

Inside features a double bed which can be converted into a dinette, with two bunks on the opposite end, a toilet and shower, small sink with hot and cold running water, a cook top (three burners), gas furnace controlled by a thermostat, and a 110v. air conditioner as well as the refrigerator. Storage includes a small closet, wall cabinets and space under the bed and bunks. Refrigerator, electrical converter and hatch in roof are all new.

We are regretfully selling it because we are finding that we are getting too old for the rigors of camping. We would like to sell for $6000 but will take best offer.
