Great storage. New tires, wheel bearings done, great brakes, wiring reworked so that all interior and exterior lights and signals work properly. Has 2 speed roof exhaust fan and over stove. Very cold A/C. Stove, hot water heater, furnace and fridge all work perfectly with gas. This trailer has been gently used and well taken care of. I am the 3rd owner.
