This small cozy fiberglass shell camper is a European import via Canada.  This trailer will sleep 3 (2 adults and 1 child) and includes a small refrigerator, 2 burner gas stove, and a sink with pump faucet which feeds from an internal storage tank.  An external water connection is also possible.  An AC electrical hookup is also provided.  The interior features wood finishes including cabinets, seats, and a small wardrobe.  The roof of the camper has a pop up top to allow greater headroom and to provide interior ventilation.  You can tow this lightweight unit with your station wagon, full-size sedan, or light truck.  The gross vehicle weight is only 925 lbs with a tongue weight of about 50 lbs.  The camper is road ready and was recently towed across 3 states. 

The Cadet is showing its age with some rust on the wheels, tongue, and propane cylinders.  One of the windows is damaged but there is no interior leakage.  A small access panel door needs repair.  The headliner needs to be repaired or replaced and you may wish to reupholster the seat cushions.  If these imperfections do not bother you the camper can be used as is, or the opportunity for someone wishing to do a restoration exists. 

Trailer is located in Greencastle, Indiana.  A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required upon completion of the sale.  Buyer will be responsible to take delivery of the trailer here in Greencastle, Indiana.  I am not the original owner of the camper.  I purchased this trailer about one year ago.  I no longer want the camper because I purchased a motor home.
