Only weighs 1875 lbs. Fully self contained with 3 way fridge, stove w/oven, furnace, hot water, bathroom with toilet and sink, attached awning and electric brakes. Sleeps 4 plus one or two small childern in total of 3 different sleeping areas.(Front eating area makes into full bed - this area shown in pictures nbr 3 and back left side 'pulls out' to make full bed -this area shown in picture nbr 4. (To the right of this is the 'bathroom') Above this is the 'front of the cupboards' that fold down and this is where small children can sleep. THERE IS A 'PRIVACY' CURTAIN THAT SEPARATES THE FRONT SECTION FROM THE BACK SECTION -Curtain pulls from one side to the other. One owner trailer that has always been stored under cover. The inside and the outside are in excellent condition. If this was a car it would def. be a 'low mileage' unit.
