We towed it with a SUV, very easily, no problem.
So low profile, it fits in our carport.
Has Porch Light. All Lights, and Marker lights work.
Inside:
Casita has had extensive refurbishing. Custom archway into the dining, bed area. Could be curtained for privacy room. New Paint, Curtains, built-in Setee with cushions. Huge storage under setee. New Double Cupboards, next to fridge. New Plush Carpeting throughout. Bathroom with Large, Portable Toilet. New 7-10 gallon Water Tank. Small 110 ac. Fridge w/ Freezer, and Microwave. New 110 ac. Blue-Light over setee. Looks awesome at night. Put new Rivet Caps, on all rivets, (on outside), and Resealed. New Door Rubber Weatherstrip, purchased from Casita Co. And new Door Carpet installed. New Roof Vent, knob turns to open or close, (screened). New Paint on tongue, bumper, and propane tanks.
Original Upholstery in good conditon. Quality fabric. Cushions are reversible, Velvet one side, Vinyl other side. Full length Mirror on bathroom door. (2) Large closets, and several storage cupboards. Two burner propane stove. Stainless steel sink.
12 volt Shurflo Pump. Pumps water from New water tank to sink.
Outside water hook-up has not been checked out.
The water heater, and shower / sink faucet, combination, were
removed by previous owner.
The lines are still in place if you wish to reconnect.

All windows open except one on side of dinette, is single pane, (new plexiglass). And one on back. Opens with help. Needs repair. All have screens. One torn screen on back window.
Outside:
No door keys. You can get some made. But it does lock from the inside. New Roof top Vent and newly Sealed. No leaks. 2 Propane Tanks, each one approx. 1/2 full.
One tank is the new style.
7-prong Trailer Plug.
Stabilizer Jacks - One is missing
2" coupler. Hitch height approx. 14" - 15."
New tires -100% - just put them on.
Brand New Custom Spare Tire Cover.
Wheel bearings spun when tires changed, seemed good.
Electric Brakes, not tested. I have no way to check.
30 amp. Power Cord, with 30 amp to 20 amp. Adapter. Approx. 19 ft. long.
110 to 12 volt Converter (battery charger).
New Deep Cycle RV Battery.
The body is in good condition. ( See pictures).
Please note: a small, bad spot on front side, driver side, bottom .
Also small, bad spot on front driver side, bottom by tongue.
Both spots have been repaired.
