Up for Auction is a 1985 Casita 16ft Camper !

This is a great camper made of high quality fiberglass.

I was told everything works in this camper including; Shower, Toilet, Stove, Cold A/C, Fresh Water Holding Tank W/Pump as Well as Black Water Holding Tank, Propane Hot Water Heater, But the only thing I have tried is electric & A/C.

 I purchased this camper 1 month ago with the intentions of keeping, but now I need a new truck so I must sell, Camper was bought new and kept within the family I purchased from, and was garage kept since new.

Camper Has all Original Factory Blue Carpet on Floor, Ceiling, And Walls with only minor fading in some areas and could use cleaning on floor carpet but not bad.

The Bunk Beds Fold Down Into Bench Type Seating, Also The Dining Room Table Folds Down into bed.

All Seat Cushings are in Like new condition.

The Camper Operates on 110v, 12v, and propane.

Camper has manual set-up awning, not the roll-out type.

Tags are current til the end of Aug 2010, but since I am selling I will not renew.

A $500 non-refundable deposit via paypal is due at auctions end (sorry no exceptions) Balance due in full within 3 business days of auctions end. I am flexable on pickup date but would prefer pickup within 10 days auction end.

Camper is 25 yrs old so please don't expect a new one, but I  think you would be hard pressed to find one in better shape for a 1985 model. Camper is being Sold As-Is Where-Is , No Warranty Expressed or Implied.

Though I have Tried to describe campers current condition, Camper may have problems unknown to me, Therefore buyer accepts Item decription as-is without recourse or refund.

Please note camper is designed to be low to the ground, you will need an extra low drop hitch if towing with truck, most cars are low enough.

I have most all original paperwork and manuals as well as maintainence records for this camper.

I have Clear Texas Title in hand.
