SOLD - 1985 16' Casita Camper - $4,500 - Sherman-Denison, TX
I have a 16ft Casita Camper that I am looking to trade for nice ext cab p/u, this camper is fully sef-contained with toilet, shower, cold a/c, stove, refrig, holding tanks, awning, light weight camper that is in very good condition, approx value is between $4500-$5500 cash by looking on ebay, the only problem with camper it has minor damage on hot water heater and is missing hot water heater vent door on side, which I am going to repair this week, also the tv fell and broke the dining table, and the hinges on the upper bunk bed needs replaced, all minor.
