What we have here is a 13 foot fiberglass double shell insulated camper made by U-Haul to exacting standards for the rental trade. They only made these two years 1984 and 1985. This is the improved 1985. The door on this has heavy duty meat locker type hinges. Heavy duty door lock. Door resealed.

This heavy duty rugged little camper is an easy tow and has the following upgrades: new tires including a new spare, complete spare hub with sealed bearings, a new real stainless steel two burner stove with stainless steel cover, Vented stove hood with lights and electric fan, a 15 gallon aluminum lightweight LP (propane) gas tank, a quarter inch thick Lexan front window guard, aluminum diamond plate lower rock guards, completely recarpeted with marine indoor/outdoor carpeting, a memory foam mattress (never slept on), a Fantasic fan with 3 speed and reverse, an electric front jack, outside running lights, stop lights, directional all upgraded to LED.

Rear lights were custom redone to accept easy to find grommet style lamps. Inside lights 12 volts with a new inverter which has a battery charging component and steps down to 12 volts. The battery in the inside rear compartment is a fiberglass gel battery that does not emit fumes. (This battery is legal to carry by airlines in wheelchairs).

Extra shelves and microwave built in. Interior front redesigned for storage and inboard easy to use toilet. A 110 circuit completely rewired with modern household circuit breakers with 110 outlets as well as 12 volt circular outlets.  fresh water tank has all new plumbing, has electric / hand pump for use with electricity or hand pump. Also has hook up for city water. Icebox completely reinsulated. Stainless steel sink with sink cover that can be used for extra counter space. Furnace has been tested and is operated with the thermostat, self igniting LP gas. Set and forget. Has LP shut off switch on furnace. Also has spice rack with containers and jar opener. New curtains.

Double bed turns into dinette when wanted. Easy to tow with small vehicles. 4 or 6 cylinders can tow this you don't need a truck. Torsion bar suspension. 6 feet interior height. 6' 4" interior width. New two inch ball hitch. Ready to use. All remodeled and gone through. Similar in appearance to Scamp, Casita, Burro, Boler, etc. Also have printed instruction and parts manual, and extra info.
