New brakes, drums, spindles, bearings & tires. Upholstery & cushions are in good cond, all cushion covers have been laundered. Lockable 2” ball hitch, 2 leveling jacks & bubble levels on each end. Electric frying pan, electric space heater, 400 watt power inverter, 12 volt deep cell battery & box mounted on tongue, on-board battery charger, 110 volt dorm fridge, roof mounted TV antenna (wired but not installed), 110 volt 5000 BTU A/C, porta-potti, propane cook top and 6000 BTU propane heater,
Removable custom nose cone for improved fuel efficency.
The original gray & portable water tanks have been removed for extra storage space, but I still have both tanks. I also replaced the original ice box with a 110 volt dorm fridge, but still have the ice box. Right side window is removable for a new 110 volt 5000 BTU A/C unit, included.
