Clean 1984 Fiber Stream. 5 new tires and rims, good elect brakes, all new running lights, a/c blows cold and 110 ac and propane water heater works good. Has flush toilet and shower with 13 gal gray and 13 gal black tanks ( new hoses ,adaptors , dump valve , and hose holder ). 3 burner stove with oven, new microwave, 4 cu ft gas and elect ( 110 v ac) fridge. 2- 5 gal propane tanks with new cover. Forced lp gas heater with thermostat( I will include a portable elect heater). New full length bag awning. Dinette makes into a queen sized bed or you can use as twin beds. Leveling jacks welded to rear frame   , front jacks included, 110 v ac to 12v dc converter and battery charger ( 1- 12 v house battery included ) Ready to go camping as it is. I use a 1994 Explorer with a 4.0 V6 and auto trans to pull , take it to Heartbar campground near Big Bear alot. Pulls great on hills and in the wind.All origional manuals and sales brochure are included.

Trailer is ready to go as is ,  all you need are your pots and pans food and bedding. I have had for approx 3 yrs , I'm a mechanic by trade and have  gone thru front to back.
