SOLD - 1984 13' Uhaul Camper - Johnson City, TN - on Ebay ends July 6

Editor's Note: Sold for "Buy It Now" Price of $2,750
I've run out of money refurbishing this camper. The inside is pretty much done. You can see most of the work in the pictures. It is set up for shore power or boondocking. I added a fantastic vent fan with wall thermostat, 110 v cooler, and 110 milkhouse heater. Lined the roof with ensolite, put in new propane tank and new group 28 energizer battery. The propane is just for interior stove, but an outside grill connection can be added pretty easy on a capped line where the old propane furnace was (and the milkhouse heater is now). All the storage buckets are there and original cushions. Installed anti-fatigue mats for the flooring. It has a sink and connection for hose water, but we haven't used it. It needs painting and will need windows replaced. We have camped in it, but it is too short for me to sleep in at 6'2". We put a tarp over the top if a big rain comes, but the windows do leak around the felt. I put a lot of Eternabond tape around the seals, but don't want to misrepresent the windows or paint. Also lost a hubcap.
Has extra axle, hubs and 2 wheels w/ tires. I had to cut off the old wheels and replace the lugs because they were stripped too bad. We tow with a 6 cylinder, but have heard of others towing with 4 cylinders as it is very light.
I've got about $3K invested in her and too many hours to count. It's a 1984 with clear title. The bed is full size and there is a bunk bed set up to sleep 2 short skinny adults or regular sized kids ;-)
You can check it out in far east Tennessee near Bristol/Johnson City. Should be good deal for anyone handy with glass
