sleeps 4 (upper bunk rated for max. 90 lbs) including "almost queen" main bed / table - unit is in good condition - you can tow it away as it is roadworthy - 2 propane cylinders (included) will operate your refrigerator / freezer, two burner stove and pilot light - needs new wiring if you want to run 12V options (including interior lights) and / or furnace. This is a very nice unit - clean inside and out but our family (mom dad and two teens) has quite simply outgrown it - it served us very well for the past 15 years and has many good years ahead with a bit of TLC - perfect for a young family or a couple without children - exceptionally light and therefore much in demand, you can tow this trailer with just about anything as long as you have a hitch
