Rare 17’ Boler SLEEPS 6! fridge, stove, oven, toilet, heater, sink all working, no leaks. Light weight. Located west of Cochrane.

  If you want the lightweight and high quality construction of a Boler but want more room than those 13’ or 15’ sardine cans, look no further. This is a rare 17’ model that has all the amenities of its day. Our 4 person family recently spent 33 nights in it on a cross Canada trip and it worked very well. It functions well when you have water/sewer/electrical hookups at a campground, and it’s also completely self sufficient if need be.

Amenities/interior:

*Sleeps 6 if two are kids.

*No smoking ever in the unit. 

*3 way fridge by Dometic-currently working on gas and electrical.

*3 burner stove top with oven and overhead fan with light-all are currently working. 

*Bathroom with toilet and blackwater tank-currently working-no leaks.

*Sink with cold water tap- currently working-no leaks. Has 12V water pump for remote camping. 

*Heater-currently working. Does not require electricity like the new ones.

*New vinyl flooring-oak look-NOT a laminate so it won’t fall apart if it gets wet.

  Exterior

*Exterior in decent shape. a few rock chips on the front paint. 

*The 2 piece fiberglass construction of the outer shell means there are no joints between walls and roof to leak. Ever. This is a very valuable feature of Bolers.

*Fibreglass construction means it’s very light. Can be pulled with a small truck or mini van with a V6 in it. 

*Awning-currently working and in good shape. 1 repairable rip.

*Windows caulked and none are currently leaking. 

*Newer roof vents-no leaks.

 

Systems

*Blackwater and greywater tanks good. Freshwater tank needs to be patched. I have the kit for the job. Sewer hose included.

*New 7 pin vehicle plug. All signals, brake lights, brakes, clearance lights work. 

*New 30 amp converter. Charges battery when plugged in to electrical outlet or vehicle. Automatically switches between 12V and 110V

*New brakes. Newly repacked bearings on wheels. Two good tires and rims. 

*Water systems have no leaks when attached to city water and all work.

*Comes with 12V deep cycle battery. Not new but still has life in it. 

*Includes 2 propane tanks.

*Chain tensioners for equalizer hitch are included.

*3-110 volt outlets for when you’re plugged in at a campground.

*New dark green curtains. Much better at keeping early morning light out than the original orange ones. 

We have the foam, but the cushions need recovering.
