Completely redone inside and out. Interior... Painted, new cupboards and hardware, 12v stereo with 12" sub, fridge looks bad inside but still works, original propane heater remains but never hooked up, huge vent fan installed and works great. All original windows, one in door needs parts. Cushions redone in black carbon fibre marine vinyl. Original table(rare). Sink and stove removed but I still have them. Made a nice counter instead.
Exterior... Painted with automotive paint, bright green and pearl white. One new lexan window in front, original rock guard. New 2" receiver. 150 pound tongue weight, total is less then a thousand pounds. Previous owner towed it with a diesel jetta. Easily rolled into site by hand.
I had several offers over 5000 last summer. I will take the first 5000 offered as I'm moving overseas. DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME! 5000... 5000... 5000.. That is the price. The cushions alone cost me over 3000 just to get done. Thanks.
