This is a 1974 all fiberglass camper, all original in very good condition. This is the original casita!! 13 ft. total length, sleeps 3 adults comfortably. Has new 2 burner gas stove, portable potty, closet, sink. Has a new window unit with remote that works really good. I have the original window that the a.c. is in. Table folds into 2 person bed. Lots of overhead and lower storage space. Has a gas heater but i have never used it. Can hook up to electric or use battery for backup. All lights and receptacles work. Almost new tires, tags went out in july 09 so it needs to be tagged to be current. Perfect for a small family or deer lease. Very manuverable, can get into alot of tight spots.
