This is a very neat little lightweight trailer. I purchased this about a year ago
with intentions of gutting it & turning it into a portable office. Found a factory built
trailer that better suited my needs so this one is up for sale for what I paid for it.

When I picked it up, it was situated such that I couldn't get my truck all the way to it;
the previous owner & I lifted the tongue & pulled it to my truck, so I'm pretty sure it
can be pulled with a 4 banger.

It has no A/C. Fridge works on 120 VAC; never tried it on propane and it doesn't have
the 12 VDC option. All interior lights work as do the running lights, turn signals, brake
lights. I'm not sure about the brakes; it's so light I never bothered with a controller.

Potable water tank doesn't leak, pump works. Never tested the stove but previous owner
said it works. Grates are missing. Fridge Vent door is missing, probably has some rot in
the woodwork there. Some previous owner took up half the floor and laid linoleum directly
on the fiberglass floor. Feels spongy but supports my 230 pounds as well as my nephews
350+ pounds but you'd probably want to put a wood floor back in it.

Inverter works but battery has long since died.

Has a small bathroom/closet where once was a toilet; now long gone. Table makes a double bed;
sofa does, too.

Tires are Goodyear Marathon ST205/75R14 with less than 3000 miles; spare never been
on the ground.

Asking just what I paid - $950; might trade for a residential ZTR or small 4 cyl auto w/ good mpg.
