This is a 1970 Trails West Campster. It is really lightweight so it can be towed by just about anything with a hitch and 2" ball. It is 10' long and a little over 6' wide. Pop up top in the kitchen section so you can stand easily. When the top is folded down, it helps aerodynamics (you dont even notice a gas increase when towing). It can fit inside a standard garage door.
It is really collectible since Trails West only made them for a few years. Very similar to a Compact Jr.(also rare). It has a sink, 3 burner stove/cookstove, working 3- way refrigerator very cold with top freezer compartment, , propane furnace, and a huge bed/dinette. No bathroom.
Recently we have replaced floor that was soft, installed new laminate flooring, painted cabinet doors, refaced front of cabinets and benches with new veneer, brand new radial quality tires (the pictures show the old tires- just had brand new radial put on 10-11-11 with new valve stems and balancing), , bearings re-packed, replaced the crank-up jack, and Poli-Glowed the outside.
