Rare on the market: 17 feet boler with toilet and shower. It is a 2000 pounds camper, light weight, easy to pull with a minivan or a 6 cylinder vehicle.
This is a reno project: it was all scrapped and cleaned up and already prepared for a linoleum floor. Cabinets need to be installed back.
There is a bunk bed and a dinette set, which can be transformed into a double bed.
It has a 3 burner stove with over the range fan, sink and a 3 way fridge. Also a furnace, hot water tank with 12 V pump.
